TWO MINISTERS LOSE SEATS

MBLBOUENB, 2nd December. At the State elections, Mr. Frank Groves, Minister of Eailways, and Mr. E. M. Cuthbertson, honorary Minister, were both defeated by Labour nominees. The fate of six other seats remains in doubt until the last votes are counted.
