FRENCH EVACUATION
SECOND RHINELAND ZONE
GERMAN CELEBRATIONS
BERLIN, Ist December. A message from Coblenz states that night-long celebrations the completion of the French evacuation of the second Ehineland zone. Special trains brought the visitors from all over "West Germany. Bonfires lighted the river heights. An impressivo feature was a three minutes' silence amidst the festivities in memory of tho German dead.
