MEETINGS TO COME

On Monday night, in the Day's Bay Pavilion, Mr. Kerr will deliver his second address. He will deal with the railway and financial policy of the Government,: and also will reply to statements of the Reform and Labour candidates. The meeting is to began at 8 o'clock. Mr. Kerr will speak in the King George Theatre, Lower Hutt, on Tuesday, 3rd December, and will deliver, a full statement of his-policy towards the large public' questions of the day. -The chair will be taken by Sir Alexander Roberts, Mayor of Lower, Hutt, and a capacity, audience is expected. Further dates on which Mr. Kerr will deliver addresses, are: 4th December, Koro Koro Schoolhouse; sth December, Waiwetu Methodist Hall; 6th December, Moera Hall; 9th December, Alieetown Church Hall; 10th December, Petonfe Theatre.

At 8 o'clock to-night, Mr. Johnston will deliver a public address at the Pavilion, Day's Bay. Dr. W. M. Shand will presidfc. At the same time, Mr. R: A. Wright, M.P. for Wellington Suburbs, will address an open-air, meeting outside the Petone committee rooms at the corner of Jackson and; Nelson streets. At 7.30 p.m., a meeting of the Eastbourne committee will be held at Rona Bay. The candidate will address the electors of Eastbourne at the Crown Theatre, Rona Bay, at 8 p.m. on Monday. This meeting will be presided over by Mr. C. H. Andrews. Arrangements have been made for Mr. Johnston to address railway workshops employees at Petone at noon on Wednesday. Employees of the Wellington Woollen Company will'be spoken, to at noon on Monday,, and employees of General Motors at noon on Thursday. ' Open-air meetings in support of Mr. Walter Nash, the Labour candidate, will bo held at 8 o 'clock to-night (Friday), in Bay street, Petone, when the speakers will be Messrs. R. Semple, M.P. and T. Brindle; in Main street, Lower Hutt, near the entrance to the Dental Clinic, where Messrs. C. H. Chapman, M.P., and J. Thorn will speak; and at the Post Office Corner, Moera, where addresses will be delivered by Messrs. W. Bromley, president of the Wellington Trades and Labour Council, and P.'Fraser, M.P. On Monday night next, 2ud December, at 8 o'clock,. Mr. Nash will speak in the King George Theatre Hall,, Lower Hutt. The Mayor, Sir Alexander Roberts, will preside. Mr. Nash will speak at Eastbourne, in the Picture Theatre there, on Tuesday eveniug,-3rd December The Mayor, Mr. H. M. Jones, will occupy the.chair. . On Wednesday next, 4th December, Mr. Nash will addiess a meeting in the Community Hall, Moera. ' . . '
