(Received 27th November, 2 p.m.) j LONDON, 26th November. In the House of Commons the presi. dent of the Board of Trade, Mr. W. Graham, said that out of the total merchandise passing in the Empire's external trade for 1927-28 it was estimated that 26 per cent, represented trade within the Empire.
