M. Briand and Dr. Stresemann will shortly confer with Mr. Mac Donald on the convening of an international conference at midsummer, either in London, Paris, or Baden, composed of Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, ■and Japan, with the object of liquidating war problems outstanding after the Paris Separations Conference, . such as the- Rhineland evacuation.
