MONTBEAL, 29th January. A message from Miami Beach states that following Hoover }s friendy gesture that he would be happy to meet Mr. Al Smith, who is also spending a vacation in Florida, Mr. Smith called on Mr. Hoover. Both chatted with apparently keen enjoyment regarding the amusing features of the lato Presidential campaign. Mr. Smith woro his-famous brown Derby hat for the first time since the campaign ended. Mr. Hoover personally escorted Mr. Smith to the door when the latter departed.
