CORONER'S COMMENTS (By , Telegraph.—Press Association) CHEISTCHUECH, llth May. The Coroner, Mr. 'Lawry,'S.M., eoneluded to-day tho« 'inquest into .'the death of Margaret O'Connor at Christchurch Hospital on 20th April, froni injuries sustained when a motor-cycle, driven by Trevor Wallis Moss, on which she was riding pillion, crashed into a heap of earth on the road.,.The Coroner held that as the motorcycle was without a light and the night was dark, tho speed at which Moss drove was excessive. The' obstruction, a drainage trench, was marked by.four lamps, but Moss, having seen, .the warning lights, failed to take proper care in approaching the. obstruction.
