Mr. Clifford £awley, president of the First National Pictures, announced today a combination of the JBrjtish .motion picture enterprises, controlled by Lord Ashfield and Lord Beaverbrook in England, with British subsidiaries and the First National and Stanley Company in America for the production, distribution, and exhibition of films throughout the United Kingdom. The combined osgets are said to exceed 100 million dollars. The pew company plans a moving picture theatre in London's West End, with a seating capacity of five thousand.
