A FRENCH EMBARGO
(United Press Asooeiation.— Copyright.) (Received 21st October, 11 a.m.) PARIS, 20th October. The Government is taking immediate action to supply coal to tho Trignac foundries, held up in tho German embargo on Essen coal. The "Journal" states that the export of French coal is being strictly controlled. Only bunker coal and foreign coal is shipped from Boulogne.
