African raeo problem lies in 3 tho intermarriage of blacks and whites is the extraordinary doctrino advanced in a book, "The Raco Problem of South Africa," by the Rev. AY. A. Cotton, an Anglican missionary in Southern Rhodesia. He says that Christians must accept race fusion over largo areas. The strain of African blood may even bo advantageous to whites in Africa, making them physically fitter for local conditions. When the forces of physical repulsion are broken down the Church should welcome inter-marriage.
