m The Early Settlers' Social Circle is holding a plain and fancy-dress Jazz in the hall, Abel Smith street, to-night, and a Fox Trot competition will also be held. There will be ten ;prizes for the best fancy dresses and four prizes in the Fox Trot competition. A feature of the evening will be the items given by Messrs. Hales and Knight, of tho R.M.S. Remuera. Harper's Orchestra will play the latest music.
