LODGE MEETINGS
Tlie quarterly meeting of the loyal Combinnfcion Lodge of Oddfellows, Manchester Unity, was held last week at Jolmsonville, wlifcn Bro. Blehard«on, F.G., acted as presiding officer. There vat a full attendance. Two now members were initiated, Bro. B. Cook, F.S., giving the; final charge. The following were elected as a social committee for the ensuing term:—Sisters M'Whinnie, Slicarer, FergußOu, Nordell, Harris (2), and Wolf. An invitation was received from tho Loyal Petone lodge, to attend a social in September at Petone. Accounts amounting to £88 Is Hi were passed for payment, and tho receipts fox the evening amounted to £37 12s lid. On the lodge being closed a pleasant time was spent in harmony. '
