The weather is fine but there was a atrong westerly wind for the final gallops this morning. t Grand Knight ran three furlongs, at the end of two rounds, in 38^sec. Atono covered three furlongs in 38 3-ssec. Rascal and Beacon Light left six furlongs behind in lmin 16 3-ssec. Hathor and Joyeuse ran five furlongs in lniin 57 l-ssec. Santiago did two rounds at half pace and spriutod the last two furlongs in 37 4-ssec. Avola ran three furlongs in 36 4-ssec. Seatown beat Volplane over five furlongs in lmin 3isec. Paddon covered three furlongs in 37J sec. Gold Fisher covered half a mile in 52sec. Civility, with a light boy up, ran half a mile in 48 l-ssec. Bonhomme went five furlongs in 1 mm 5 l-ssec. Inferno ran five furlongs in lmin 4-Jsec. Oration and To Monanui wero asso* ciated over six furlongs in lmin 18Jsec. Kilia and Ruakura did half a mile in 49 4-ssec. Elysianor and Monaghan finished together at the end of half a mile in 50 2-ssoc, Rouox was a couple of lengths back. Hipo and Mint Loaf s did six furlongs in lmin 17^see.
