LONDON, 6th Sept.

Mr. George Lansbury, M.P. (Lab.), has returned from a visit to Russia. He declares that he is more convinced than ever that Russia is the freest country in the world, and has progressed tremendously since he visited the country in 1921. He ia confident that economic difficulties will Boon be overcome. Housing conditions are still bad, and there is a discouraging amount of child vagrancy, but the general standard defied comparison.
