CONCERT AT PAHAUTANUI.
On Friday evening last the Plimmerton "All Blax" Nigger Minstrel Troupe gave a concert in the local hall, which was packed for the occasion. The troupe was complimented on its fine performance, and hag been requested to give another concert at a later date. The corner men, who were gaily dressed for the occasion, were applauded for their local "hits." Quite a number of encores -were responded to. The programme was as follows:— Piccaninny Cake Walk, corner men; opening chorus, "Razors in the Air," troupe; "Far, Far Away," Mr. G. Tunney (tambo) and troupe; "Go Long Mule," Mr. F. Ross (bones) and troupe; "Carry Me Back to Old Verginny," Mr. W. Boyd and troupe; imitation bird whistling, Mr. J. W. Johnson (tambo); "In the Morning by the Bright Light," Mr. G. Tunney (tambo) and troupe; "Who's Dat a Callin' So Sweet," Mr. W. Boyd and troupe; "Laughing Song," Mr. F. Barlow (bones) and troupe; nigger lament, "All Alone," corner men and troupe; "Rangitoto Farewell," Mr. G. Tunney (tambo) and troupe; "Dear Little Shamrock," Mr. W. Barlow (Massa Johnson) and troupe; "Lily of Laguna," Mr. F. Ross (bones) and troupe; "Good Night," Mr. W. Barlow and troupe. The complete troupe consisted of Messrs. W. Barlow, F. Barlow, S. Martin, J. W. Johnson, W. Boyd, W. Sheppard, G. Tunuey, F. Ross, and W. Martin. After the concert a very enjoyable dance was given, the music being supplied by Brady's Orchestra, extras being played by Mr. W. Martin, who also .accompanied tha minstrels,
