The Reich's Finance Minister, Horr Reinhold, declared that he •;vouia endeavour to fulfil the Dawes Plan, but would try all possibly means to obtain a moderation of the demands as soon as they became intolerable for economic life. He -was strongly convinced that the plan some day ■would be cancelled, since the whole world would demand deliverance from an uneconomic harden.
