LICENSES TRANSFERRED
The quarterly meeting of the Wellington Licensing Committee was held to-day, Mr. W. G. Biddell, S.M., presiding. The chairman said the police report showed that the Wellington hotels generally were being well conducted. The following transfers were approved: Royal Tiger Hotel, from M. Gleeson to L. V. Randall; Alhambra Hotel, from T. J. Whelan to J. J. Oliver; New Zealander Hotel, from H. F. Cameron to M. Gleeson.
