TO-DAY'S BUSINESS
At the head of to-day's order paper ia the House of Representatives to-day is the Rural Advances Bill and the Bank of New Zealand Bill, both_ of which are set down for second reading. These measures will give the House plenty of material to deal with for the afternoon and evening.
