Tho names of Mr. and Mrs. Firth had been associated with the college for a number of years. During the war period they had done great service, and had done all they could to assist tho Old Boys who had gone to the front, and had.done a gr,eat deal for the wounded, and they deserved the honour of the people of Wellington for the nne work they had done for many years in the school. Mr. and Mrs. Crcswoll had not been in charge of the college for bo long, but they had already made many friends.
