(From Our Own Correspondent.) NELSON, 3rd September. 'The Riwaka Tobacco Growers' Association has been advised by the Government that Mr.. C. ,Lowo has been appointed an instructor and that a guarantee of Is 6d a pound for outside dried and 2s 9d for kiln dried tobacco would be given over a.period of three years. The Biwaka Association has a membership of about 30, and this year expects to have over 100 acres under cultivation.
