Scratched: Hah Jong, Ayun Kara, Night, Donoghue, Mount Clyde. "Won by half a length, four lengths between second and third. Time, 2min 22sec. Te Matai Maiden, of 100 soys; five furlongs.—? Volplane, 9.1, 1; 3 Mountain Star, 9.0, 2; 8 Rising Star, 9.0, 3. Scratched: Essential, Kindle, Capitulation, Bissac, Cornhill. Half a length each way. Time, lmin 4 4-ssee. Hunt Cup Steeplechase, of 175 soys; three miles. —1 Aotea Boa, 9.7, 1; 1 Birkenose, 11.7, 2; 5 Kovito, 12.3, 3. Scratched: Frizzier, Red Spider. Won easily by over twenty lengths, two lengths between second and third. Time, 7min lOsee. Aokauters Hack Plying Handicap, of 100 soys; six furlongs.—3 Boyal Game, 7.5, 1; 5 Lin Arlington, 7.9, 2; 1 Our Jack, 9.0, 3. Scratched: Wilderness, Silver Tray, A.rehon.
