To-morrow afternoon, in the Salvation Army Citadel, Vivian street, a citizens' farewell will bo given to Commissioner and Mrs. Hoggard, who are leaving for England afier four years' leadership of the New Zealand Forces of tho Salvation Army. The Mayor will preside, and will be supported by Sir Robert Stout, Sir John Luke, M.P., and Mr. P. Frazer, M.P., and others. Special music will be given by Citadel Silver Band.
