(Received 4th September,' 2.30 p.m.) ' ■ GENEVA, 3rd ■September. , The Committee of the League, in« eluding .'the Spanish representative,adopted. the report of the Beorganisation Committee, in which the Polish representative makes reservations regarding the qualification of re-eligibil-ity, and recognises Spain's claim.' While upholding Poland's claim, it is not prepared to oppose the solution of a capable solving of the League crisis. The Spanish upholds the claim, referring the •ituationUo hi»\ China supports Spain's claim, and upholds its own to a pe/>:, manent seat at a suitable opportunity. The report expresses the opinion that v a modification of the draft regulations would enable the Assembly to keep in* view the special claims-;of the States;' which will be represented on the Coun- ' V" during a prolonged period.' ::
