The Reorganisation Committee passed a resolution unanimously appealing to, Spain, to continue with the League of Nations, pointing out that the re-elec-tion provisions, give virtual permanency,. and adding that the expressions of goodwill towards Spain are not merely; empty words, but are proved.by the. Committee's anxiety to respond to; Spain's wishes within the limits of their duty to the League. V
