FATE OF JEAN BAPTISTI.
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) ' LONDON, 2nd September. Jean Baptisti, who was found dead in a flat at Holland Park, travelled as "Tho Girl with tho Fiddlo" and "The Girl with tho Magnetic Eyes." She appeared on the stage barefoot and dressed in rags and played: a violin. A theatrical agent states that ho found her in the chorus of a revue, getting £2 10s a week. She secured better engagements and toured Australia in the i latter part of 1918, receiving £36 a week. She had recently suffered from ill-health. , ,
