While Mr. P. Fraser (Wellington Central) was supporting the motor-bus regulations in -the House of Bepresentatives yesterday afternoon, he mentioned that some local authorities at Home charged the twopence excess fare.
Mr. A. Harris (Waitemata).: "When I was at Home I did not notice that."
Mr. Fraser: "There are many things in Heaven and earth that tho hon. member is not aware of. If he went out to investigate probably ho wouldn't find them out.*"
