MAGISTRATE'S COURT

Police cases in the Magistrate's Court this morning were dealt with by Mri W. G Kiddell, S.M. s

On the application of Sub-Inspector Harvey, a remand till next Monday was granted in the case of Albert Edward Duncan, aged 28, who was charged with being a rogue and a vagabond, and with having in his possession, without lawful excuse, an implement for housebreaking. Bail m two sureties of £75, or in one surety ol £150, was allowed. Mr. P. W. Jackson appeared for the accused.

Two first offenders for drunkenness ware fined 10s, the amount of their bail.
