MAGISTRATE'S COURT
.for his third offence of drunkenness, William Henry Smith, alias AVilliam Smith, a seaman, aged 25, was fined £1, in default seven da^' imprisonment, by Mr. E. Pago, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court this morning. A domestic, aged 41, for her first offence, was convicted and discharged.
