HATAITAI'S EFFORT

The wish has been freely expressed among residents of Hataithi that tht district should not be behindhand ia presenting a bell. A meeting of all residents accordingly has been convened to be held in the Hataitai Schoolroom, Arawa road, to-morrow night: at 8 o'clock.' Mr. J. Metzer will preside, and the Bell Campaign Committee of the Wellington War Memorial Carillon , Society has arranged for a speaker to be present.
