RECOGNITION OF RUSSIA,

LONDON, 30th January. .'■ The "Daily Herald's" ■ political correspondent, under the Reading of "Soviet Republic to be Kecogriised?" writes: 'There is nothing to justify.the assertions that there are any steps in preparation for the recognition of the Soviet Government. The stories circulated to the effect that a mission for investigation is to bo sent to Moscow ure ridiculous. The Government intends no such step, for the question has been already decided."
