MAINTENANCE CASES
Maintenance orders were'made by Mr. C E, Orr-Walker, S.M., at' the Maestro te's Court yesterday. John Mbrrjs Daly,"whose arrears in respect Of a maintenance order totalled £35, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as 12s per week is paid. John Joseph Buckley, arrears,'£43 16s lOd,-was sentenced to one month's imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as he contributes 10s per week. l'ercival Green, arrears £8 ss, was sentenced to one month's/imprisonment the warrant to be suspended as long as 10s weekly is paid. On an order, thaarreara in- respect of which amounted to £4 2e 6d, he wa 6 gcnUnced to seven day*l-im-prisonment,..the warrant to be suspended so long as 5s per week is paid' ' Samuel Louisa- Blood; arrears £6 was sentenced-- to one month's imprisonment to be released on payment of the amount. John Bramley, arrears £261 10s was sentenced to three months' imprisonment in respect of arrears which had accrued since his. last coimctiqn . Walter,Beyer, arrears £4, was sentenced to seven days' the warrant to be suspended if arrears' are paid.
