HIGH LIVERPOOL PRICES
LONDON, 18th January. At the Liverpool sales of colonial wool, 34,000 bales were submitted on behalf of Bawia. There was a large attendance of Home and Continental buyers. Competition was of the keenest, and prices, compared with closing rates of London's December sales, showea an improvement of 15 to 20 per cent.
