WORSER BAY CARNIVAL

Complete arrangements have been made by the Worser Bay Amateur Swimming and Life Saving Club for a very successful carnival to-morrow. An excellent programme has been drawn up and visitors will see something really good in'the way of a swimming carnival In the morning, the competition for' the Wahlers Cup between life savers will take place, and judging from the assiduous training during the last few weeks, there is every prospect for a good contest. This will be followed by a surf race, and after lunch the programme of swimming, diving, boat races, and novelty events should fill an interesting afternoon. An efficient sub-committee has the children's sports well in hand, and the youngsters will be well catered for. _ Arrangements have been made for special train services and ferry boats will leave Wellington for Karaka Bay and Seatoun in the morning and afternoon. A dance will be held in the club house in the evening.
