BOYS' CAMP

The boys of the Lower Hutt Anglican Home arrived all well at their camping ground at Castlepoint. They were met at Masterton by the vicar, the Rev. W. Bullock, and entertained at luncheon in St. Matthew's Schoolroom by the ladiea of thq parish, afterwards continuing their journey in cars and a lorry, supplied by generous well-wishers. Although the weather was cold and boisterous, the boys were^in great heart, and are having a jolly 'time. The camp, which was organised by the Rev. B. D. A'shcroft, Vicar of Tinui, all supplies, provisions, etc., being provided by members of his parish; is in charge of Mr. C. Bannister as camp commandant, assisted by Mr. Heseltine, from the home. The boys, to the number of 62, v-.il! remain in camp until the' 29th .January., when they vrill return to the TZiiuti at Lower liuii.
