' ISTDNEI SUN CADU.) (Received 19th January, l^p.m.) LONDON, 18th January. The Parisian correspondent of the " Daily Mail " states that M. I'oincare has presented to tho Chumber of Deputies a programme of drastic financial reforms, including 20 per cent, increase in taxation atid rigorous control of Stock Exchange dealings. He declared that nothing could justify the recent panic, as there had been no'inflation of the currency since 1920. Refusing any interpellation regarding the scale of pensions, M. Poincaro demanded a vote oi confidence, which was carried by 394 votes to 180. J
