SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY.

The concert given by Mrs. Edwards and Miss E. Passau to seafarers at the Sailors' Friend Society last evening was wonderfully successful. The crew of the Port Elliot were also present. The performers were Mesdames Edwards and Fortune, Miss E. Passau, and Messrs Jenkins, Val Jones, Sydney Smith Barry, and Grey. Mrs. Fortune was at the piano. The hostess presented eitta for the competitions. The efforts of the men caused merriment, tho prizes goinnto the Port Elliot, Cornwall and Tura° kina..
