The track was again hard. The totalisator handled £9490, making a total for the meeting ol £17,102. Results:— Apprentices' Hack Handicap, of 80 soys; five furlongs.—Three Cheers, 8.0, 1: Memo Bells, 9.0, 2;,Spliel dOr, 7.12, 3: Also started: Potau'a 7.7, Louisiana 7.7. "Won by a nose, half a length between 'second and third. Time, lmin oscc. Waikaremoana, Hack Handicap, of 85 soys ; six furlongs.—Whariti, ti.9, 1; Pita, 8.0, 2; Esquimaux, 7.12, 3.
