The Council of the League of NsImnsi in its public final session, unanimously adopted a resolution that it was Useless to discuss the provisional Saar •"•tliuance, which was withdrawn. As re;;ards other extraordinary' measures tak"►■n by the Governing Council in the Saar toe Council Jeaves it to the- Saar Commiasion- to decide.when it would be convenient to revert to common law.
