The' London correspondent, of the 'Echo do Paris" declares that the British Cabinet will meet early to decide whether it is worth while continuing the conversations regarding the formation of a Franco-Belgian bloc. In the event of a breakdown of negotiations the "formation of Franco-Belgian and AngloItalian blocs for the purpose of negotiating with Germany is regarded as the most likely outcome.
