ANOTHER OUTBREAK.

PEKIN, Bth July. .Bandits held up a train near Canton, and a Chinese military officer and a soldier were killed in the fighting. Ninety Chinese were kidnapped and held to ransom for 60,000 dollars. Loot was also secured by the bandits.
