(Received August 15, 1 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, ..13th August. A Danish Red Ctoes Mission, -which has returned from Moscow, states that the situation there is terrible, Tho terrorism triumverata executed a thousand' foreigners in July. It arrested! the Mission,, and the.members were in danger of execution, until they communicated ■with reliable Red troops, who enabled them to escape; and they reached Poland after
hiding in dug-outs. They found themselves between two fires during the hostilities- between the Poles and the Bolsheviks.
