The Westland Chamber of Commerce last night considered the harmful. offcc,t on Westland of the timber regulations and the locking up ot over 900,000 acres of timber lands a. provisional State, forests. The harmful effect, on the districtof locking up of land by the Midland.Re-servation-was recalled as an example, of the injury that might be done to the district. A sub-committeo was set up to go into the matter and report to a subsequent meeting.
