To-day's sitting of ..the Supreme Court wiio occupied in hearing the 'case of Magnus, Sanderson and Co., Ltd., of Wellington, v. H. B. M'Entee, W H. M'Entee, and P. L. Guillard,, contractors, of Auckland, in which plaintiffs claim £590 on the sale of a motor- . lorry, and defendants counter-claim the sum of- £100. His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) was on the Bench. Several witnesses were called to give evidence in support of counsel's statements, details of which were pub lished yesterday. The case had not con^ eluded when The Post went to ■ press' this afternoon. ■
