CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. At the inquest on C. J. P. Gregory, who died from injuries caused through being run over by a railway truck' there was no evidenco to show how the accident ocurred. The Coroner returned a verdict 'of accidental death, and added a rider that deceased, not being a member of the Railway staff, had no right to be on such trucks or to. be boarding them or alighting therefrom.
