LOWER HUTT FINANCES
The statement of balances of the Lower Hutt Borough Council as at Ist February, 1913, shows a net balance of £5644 9s. Debit balances of £7005 16s and £572 5s 3d are shown by tho general and assisted sewage drainage accounts respectively. Credit ValaiiCes are shown by the interest, water and trust accounts of £495 6s lid, £781 15s 7d, and £653 17s 2d respectively, while the gas and library accounts have debit balances of £15 14s 4d and £86 13s Id. A balance on the right side of £105 is shown by the temporary loan account. I ■
