A new departure is being made by the New Zealand Shipping Company in Sending the Rimutakii to load at New York for Australian and New Zealand ports. 'She is due to leave the American port on the 20th March, and should arrive at Wellington about the end of May, OHARI'S BERTHS. * The New Zealand Shipping Company's s.s. Orari arrived at Auckland from Beauty, Point on Saturday. She loads at Tokomaru Bay, Gisborne, and Napier, sailing finally from Wellington for London on the 27th inst. PAPAROA AT MONTE VIDEO. The New Zealand Shipping Company's local office has been advised that the Paparoa, which sailed from Wellington on the 18th January for London, via Monte Video, arrived at the lastmentioned port at 6 a.m. on Friday last, the 7th February. EXPORTS FROM SYDNEY. A Customs return shows the following as the principal items of export from Sydney during the month of January:—9s,4B7 bales Wool, 1873 packages skins, 48,161 hides, 1942 casks tallow, 5301 ingots tin, 131,117 ingots copper, 652 packages leather, 16,108 cases meats,'lll,79D carcases mutton, 3277 quarters beef, 389cwt hoofs and bones, 81,555 horns, 56,671 boxes butter, 1 ton shale, 97,800 pairs hares and rabbits, 1,195,283 centals wheat, 38,774 centals flour, 269,450 superficial feet timber, gold, coined, valued at f 65,618, uncoined, valued at £20,409, and silver valued at £68,328. GLENTIVE LEAVES NEW YORK. A cable message has been received announcing the departure of the A. and A. steamer Qlentive from New York on the 4fcth ult. for Melbourne, Sydney, arfd New Zealand ports. .
