Messrs. J. H. Be'thune and Co. on' Wednesday, 19th inst.j afc 2.30 p.m., will hold a property auction. Two properties in Harriett-street, Nos. 10 and 10a, are being sold in order to close an estate. The land comprises one section 87ft by 62ft, on which is erected a partly-built three-roomed dwelling, whilst the othei" section is 62ft by 61ft, with five-roomed dwelling.
