Should Ireland be granted Home Rule? is a question which has attracted much .tttention of late. The Wellington Celtic Dramatic Club has centred all its attention for some time past on " The Emerald Isle" itself, and intends to stage that play in the Opera House on Monday and Tuesday, 17th and 18th February. "The Emerald Isle" is i a brightlywritten four-act drama, depicting various nhases of \lrish life and abounding in the wit and humour peculiar to the Irish race. At various stages of the play some exhibitions of Irish dancing will be given by members of the company, who have been specially trained by Mr. D. M'Phee.
