ORDER OF CASES SETTLED. His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman sat this morning to settle the order of cases for the civil sessions of the Supreme Court, which open next week. The following list was fixed :—: — Tuesday, 11th February. —William Nicholson v. David Taylor, claim for £418 16s 2d, alleged to be due for goods sold. Margaret Wedderspoon v. Kenneth Douglas, declaration, etc. Tuesday, 18th February.— Wellington City Council v. Hamilton Gilmer and others, claim foT £30 13s lOd. alleged to be due for rates. Wednesday, 19th February.— Silias Anne Watson v. Jessie Watson and Robert Tannahill Wateon, declaration, etc. Thursday, 20th February.— Frederick John Northcott v. Henry Hughes, Ltd., claim for £1400 damages alleged to be due for breach of contract; to be heard before a special jury of twelve.
