ORDER OF CASES SETTLED. His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman sat this morning to settle the order of cases for the civil sessions of the Supreme Court, which open next week. The following list was fixed :—: — Tuesday, 11th February. —William Nicholson v. David Taylor, claim for £418 16s 2d, alleged to be due for goods sold. Margaret Wedderspoon v. Richard Weddenspoon, petition for divorce. Thursday, 13th February.—Undefended divorce cases as follow :— Matthew Dixon y. Flora S. Dixon, Victoria May Wertheim v. Frank Philip Wertheim, Francis Fynes v. Charles Fynes, Rose Florence Perham v. Theophilus William Perham, Annie Ashton v. Charles Ashton, and Mary Wilkox V. Thomas EdWaTd WillcOx. Friday, 14th February. — John Rose and Isabella Rose v. The Equity ■ Boot Company, Ltd.,' and William Hannafin, application for injunction, etc. Monday, 17th February. — George Luke and others v. Kenneth Douglas, declaration, etc. Tuesday, 18th February.— Wellington City Council v. Hamilton Gilmer and others, claim foT £30 13s lOd. alleged to be due for rates. Wednesday, 19th February.— Silias Anne Watson v. Jessie Watson and Robert Tannahill Wateon, declaration, etc. Thursday, 20th February.— Frederick John Northcott v. Henry Hughes, Ltd., claim for £1400 damages alleged to be due for breach of contract; to be heard before a special jury of twelve. Friday, 21et February.— John Bateman Harcourt and Charles James Stanton HarcoUrt v. Elizabeth Green, claim for £242 2s, alleged to be due on martgage. . .
