RECENT DEATHS OF MONO--PLANISTS-. REPORT OF~"wAR OFFICE COMMITTEE. By Telegraph.— Press A*sociatlon.'-Oopyri|ht LONDON, 4th February. A War Office Committee, which has been investigating the recent deaths of monoplanists, reports that there is no evidence to show that a monoplane is less stable than a biplane. The committee suggests that there should be a regular mechanical inspection of aeroplanes, and an addition of skilled mechanics to each squadron. ITALIAN AIRMAN KILLED. ROME, 4th February. Signor Nosari, while aeroplaning in the Turin Aerodrome, fell from a height of 100 ft, and was killed.
